Pricing - clear, considered and tailored to your work

My Pricing
Every project is different and pricing reflects the care, detail and time required to do it properly.
I aim to keep my pricing clear and fair, ensuring you receive a professional service that supports your work at every stage.
How Pricing Works
Projects are typically priced on an hourly basis, with full project estimates provided where helpful. My editing speed depends on the complexity of the document, which is why it is difficult to give a one-size-fits-all price as each document has differing requirements.
The final cost will depend on:
-
Word count
-
Level of editing required: development edit, copyedit or proofread.
-
Complexity of the content
-
Quality, fluency of language, and clarity of the text
-
References, tables, figures or formatting requirements
To provide an accurate quote, I will need to review a sample of your document.

A Note on Pricing
Until I have seen your document, it is difficult to provide an exact cost.
Every piece of writing is different, and pricing reflects the level of input required — from light proofreading to more in-depth editorial work.
Where possible, I will always aim to provide a clear and fair quote that reflects both the scope of the work and the level of care required.
